Welcome
On behalf of the Organising Committee, I warmly welcome you to the 3rd Australasian Glycoscience Symposium (3rd AGS) held over two full days as an online event with internet commination tool. Theme of the 3rd AGS is "Bridging the Glycobiology and Glycochemistry to Glycoproteomics/Glycomics and then Glycoinformatics" . The meeting will host a fantastic line-up of international speakers (see below: "special speakers", "confirmed speakers" and "selected speakers") and showcase talent in the region by covering a variety of Glycoscientific topics in including:9:00 am (JST) - 6:00 pm (JST), Thursday 3rd June, 2021: Glycobiology and Glycochemistry

Presentation
This meeting will consist only of talk presentation. No poster
presentation will be held. The talk presentation consists of the following
three types:
1. long talk presentation (30 min
including discussion time) for Special
Speakers
2. middle talk presentation (20 min
including discussion time) for Confirmed
Speakers
3. short talk presentation (10 min or
15 min including discussion time) for Selected
Speakers
The
discussion time means Q & A time. The length of discussion can be changed
depending on length of your presentation. However, it is better to set the length
of discussion to 1/5 of your time.
Each presentation time and discussion time depends on the number of young
scientists who apply and select for short talk presentation. Each those time
will be fixed and then announced on Monday 10th May, Thursday 20th May 2021 by sending the final program book.
We call for short
talk presentation for young scientists. Student, Posdoc and Young researcher, etc., please apply this short talk
presentation. Go to “registration Closed ! ” and then “abstract submission Closed !

fee is free for all. However, it is necessary to register in advance.

obtaining the consent of your registration by this Organising Committee and
this Advisory Committee, I will send symposium URL to the E-mail address, which you wrote in this registration, at Monday 31stMay, 2021.

you. Therefore, please download the detailed program shown in this website above.

Special
speakers, confirmed speakers and short talk applicants are required to submit an
abstract.
The
steps in the abstract submission process are as follows:
1. Download the abstract template
(Word file) from here Closed !.
2. Prepare and complete the
abstract according to the notes written in the Word file.
3. Change the name of the Word file
to your name written at the time of registration.
4. Convert to PDF file (this file
name will also be your name written at the time of registration).
5. Upload two files, which are the
Word file and the PDF file named with your name, here (for Special Speaker and Confirmed
Speaker) or here (for Young Scientist applying for the short talk presentation). The password to upload should
be already sent to your by email address written at the
time of registration. You should receive the password at the next day after
your registration.
6. When your submitted abstract is
accepted by organising committee, you will receive should have received the notification along with the detailed program and the abstract book at Monday 10th May Thursday 20th May, 2021. You
will also receive symposium URL via E-mail at Monday 31stMay, 2021.
